Born in Switzerland in 1939, Margot Gödrös worked at theaters including the Hamburger Schauspielhaus, Theater Oberhausen, Stadttheater Konstanz, Schauspielhaus Zürich, and Theater Basel. She also performed passionately at independent venues like Ballhaus Naunynstrasse and HAU Berlin. Collaborations include Peter Carp, Dani Levy, and Christoph Marthaler. Her film/TV credits include Wes Anderson’s "The Darjeeling Limited" as the "German Lady." She returns to the Schauspielhaus Zürich as an ensemble member in the 2025/26 season.
